Each session is €70, providing 50–60 minutes of dedicated one-to-one support.
Do I need a GP referral to book an appointment with you?
No, you do not need a GP referral to book an appointment. You are welcome to contact me directly to arrange a counselling session at a time that suits you.
Are our counselling sessions confidential?
Yes. All counselling sessions are confidential, providing a safe, private and supportive space where you can speak openly. Confidentiality will only be broken in exceptional circumstances where there is a legal or ethical duty to protect you or someone else from serious harm.
Do you offer online counselling sessions?
Yes. I offer secure online counselling sessions, giving you the flexibility to access professional support from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
